I’m looking for someone to move into a newly vacant room in my 3 bed flat in Kentish Town.

You’ll be sharing with myself, 28, and my friend Alistair, also 28. I work for an accounting firm in the City and Alistair works in advertising. I only very rarely work from home - ideally looking for someone who also goes into the office most days.

The flat is less than 10 mins walk away from Kentish Town station (Northern + Thameslink) and Gospel Oak (Overground).
Kentish Town is a great area, close to Hampstead Heath and with some nice cafes and restaurants.

We both clean up after ourselves as we go and keep the common areas clean and tidy and want to keep it that way!

Bills are included. Move date TBD but probably second half of May or early June.
