Hi all!

I have a huge room to rent in East India Quay, E14 and it comes with a balcony!

Strictly single occupancy. In a gorgeous gated community right next to Canary Wharf.

£900 per month. Some bills included but not all. We split electricity and wifi and weekly cleaner which comes up to around £70 extra per month.

You will be sharing with with me, a 25 HR girly. Cat she is a 23 year old international student, and Yo he is 23 year old man who recently graduated.

We’re very chatty and always down for a catch up in the kitchen but also respect each others privacy. The bathroom is shared between 3 people maximum as I have my own.
