I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my friend's room as she's moving out. I'm a friendly, easy-going working professional and usually head into the office four days a week.
I'm very respectful of personal space and downtime, so if you're someone who enjoys doing your own thing, that's absolutely fine. Equally, if you'd like to share the occasional glass of wine, watch a film, explore the neighbourhood, or just have a chat after work, I'd love that too. I'm really just looking for someone kind, considerate, and easy to live with so we can create a happy and comfortable home together.
The flat itself is a beautiful river-facing apartment on the ninth floor of Seacon Tower, Hutchings Street, a sought-after gated development near Canary Wharf. It's recently been repainted throughout and has loads of natural light and amazing views.
