Heyy there! We're Camila (25) and Matías (29), a couple, both from Argentina, looking for a new buddy to join us. The flat is lovely and very well connected. It takes around 20-30 min to get to Central London.

Camila is an actress, studies Film Studies at UAL, likes to play a little bit of guitar and singing. Matías is starting an Master in Jazz Piano at the Guildhall School and working freelance as a VFX artist.

We’re both very into rock and jazz, cinema, gigs, theatre, art and exploring London. We’re sociable and enjoy having a chat, cooking together or occasionally doing something with our flatmates, but we also have our own lives and respect each other’s space.

🏡 The flat has a big living room, and kitchen with loads of space, as well as a lovely balcony overlooking the basin and boats. The gated building has a concierge/security, private garden, bike storage and underground parking. We are on a 2nd floor with a lift.


Just to be clear, we are not subletting the room. You would be signing a contract for the whole flat with us. No agencies. Direct landlord.

Your room: The room is a good size with a large window and comes with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. You'd have your own private bathroom with a shower, just outside the room, and there is some additional shared storage.


We're looking for someone friendly, clean, responsible and communicative, who wants to make the flat feel like a home. Taking initiative with things like cleaning, bins and looking after the flat is veeery important to us! Our current flatmate is sadly leaving in October because his visa is expiring, that's why we are looking for someone new to join us. We've had a great relationship with him so we are sad to see him leave!

We enjoy having the occasional friend or family member stay over for a few days (every couple of months) so we would like someone who enjoys hosting as well.

Location: 3 minutes from Limehouse DLR Station. That is 8 min to Bank Station which connects the Central, Northern, District and Circle, Waterloo and City lines. The flat is 17 min from Shoreditch High Street, about 24- 30 min away from Central London (Tottenham Court Road Station, Embankment Station, Camden Town, Islington, etc) Right next to the station there are bus stops as well, with night buses.

🍻🍻 We are also very close to some of the most charming and iconic riverside pubs, The Grapes and The Prospect of Whitby.

There is also a lovely canal that runs past the house and connects different parts of the city. You can go for long walks along the canal that take you to Columbia Road Flower Market, Victoria Park, Angel, Camden, etc.

Tenancy: rolling, with 2 months' notice. Looking for someone who wants to stay until at least September 2027.
Luckily, our landlord hasn’t increased the rent this year so far, so it is currently still £930/month. As we’ve now been here for a year, they may still decide to review it, but we haven’t heard anything yet. We’ll of course keep you fully informed if anything changes.
