Residential parking available with permit. Bus stops 2-3 minutes away. Closest DLR station is Mudchute 7-10 minutes walk, also riverboats easily available with Masthouse Terrace Pier only 5 minutes away.

Rent is £200 per week for a stay of at least 4 weeks. Shorter stays can be discussed .
Bills included in the rent, except for electricity.

No broadband - as it's always proved more convenient for everyone to individually use their own mobile internet on good data deals, with tethering/hotspot and not pay extra for broadband. Might seem unusual at first, but once you try it, it makes sense :)
