Hi guys,

I’m looking to fill a double room in a great warehouse shared with a group of creatives. You’ll be living with five others in our studio everyone is friendly, laid-back, and LGBTQ+ friendly, and we’re looking for someone with a similar vibe.

The room will be available from 16th May, with a bit of flexibility on either side. We’re hoping to arrange viewings as soon as possible.

Rent is £740 per month, including all bills. We do occasionally top up the electricity, but this is usually no more than £30 per month.

The location is excellent and very well connected ideal for anyone working in central London, with Bank just a short journey from Limehouse DLR.
