Keeping the flat clean is really important to her (especially the kitchen).
She would ideally love a flatmate(s) who is social, clean, and treats the flat like home.
There are spare towels, bedding, kitchen ware etc. if needed.
Pets welcomed, extra deposit/small supplement can be discussed.
Green fingers also welcomed as there are many plants in the flat / on the balconies - would be great if they could be kept alive / grow friends :)
