I am a sub-landlord of a beautiful 2 bedrooms flat in South Quay, Canary Wharf, owned by my own Aunt. Now I have a room available on 19 March 2025! Professional is preferred and this room is for FEMALE ONLY. The room have a personal bathroom just in front of it. Flat is located on the GROUND FLOOR, with huge balcony ❤️ Perfect for summer time!
About the flatmate:
I am an expat in London, working as a global product marketing manager for an international education company, originally from Indonesia, and I have been living with flatmates abroad since 2012 back and forth between Singapore and the UK!

- This is a professional and peaceful home: Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. 🎉 I am a part-time musician so you need to be ok with occasional music instrument sound). Student is allowed as long as you are respectful and willing to keep the house clean.
- No drugs or alcohol parties: Please maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all. Occasional party / dinner is ok as long as it has been communicated in advance.
- No additional fees: Deal directly with me as the sub-landlord (I am the niece of the landlord).
- All bills included: Gas, electricity, WiFi, council tax, and water.
- Furnished bedroom with easy layout arrangement.
- Located on the ground floor for easy access.
- Ideal for those working from home due to the spacious bedroom.
I'm seeking a flatmate who appreciates a clean and tidy home and is willing to contribute to maintaining it. 😊 We can also consider hiring a weekly or bi-weekly cleaner to ensure the space stays spotless (costs would be shared). I like music, traveling and art, so you will expect an artsy home (plus point if you are into these things too :)).
