I am looking for a flat mate (couples not allowed) to rent the second room. This is a 2 bedroom flat - shared bathroom. I am a female professional working in Finance in Canary Wharf.

Room Rent: 1350£/month (all bills included). Tenancy Agreement provided. No minimum stay. You leave when you want.

The deposit will be used to pay the last month rent and the remaining of 200£ will be paid back the day of the check out if there are no damages and the flat is left in the same condition as at the check in.
