Double Room Available in a Spacious Canary Wharf Flatshare

Hi! We’re Mayank, 26, and Praharsh, 28, both working professionals. I’m a Senior Data Analyst based in Canary Wharf, and Praharsh is also a working professional. We’re both friendly, easy-going, clean, and respectful, and we’re looking for like-minded people to join our welcoming home.

We're hoping to create a flat where everyone feels comfortable, whether that's sharing the occasional dinner, enjoying a movie or board game night, or simply having a chat after work. At the same time, I completely respect everyone's privacy, personal space, and downtime. There's never any pressure to socialise.

The Home

A bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom licensed ground-floor apartment with a peaceful private garden running the length of the property.

With two shared bathrooms for three people, you'll rarely have to wait. The property also features a secure gated rear area with CCTV and bike storage.

One person per room only (no couples). Two rooms are currently available.

Room Includes

- Orthopedic double pine bed
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Bookshelf
- Desk (if required)

Rent

- Room 1: £1,050 per month (£242.30/week)

All bills are included, including:

- Council Tax
- Utilities
- Broadband
- TV Licence

There are no hidden costs.

A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required and will be protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme. A small holding deposit secures the room and removes it from the market.

Shared Spaces

- Comfortable living room with a 40" Smart TV
- Large Italian leather sofa
- Fully equipped kitchen
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Garden with outdoor furniture

Location

Perfect for professionals working in Canary Wharf, the City, or Central London.

- 5-minute walk to Mudchute DLR
- Around 10 minutes to Canary Wharf
- Fast Elizabeth line connections to Whitechapel, Liverpool Street, Tottenham Court Road, and Paddington
- Excellent day and night bus connections
- Close to restaurants, cafés, gyms, shopping, cinemas, Greenwich Park, and watersports facilities

Looking For

I'm looking for friendly, clean, and considerate professionals who want a place that genuinely feels like home. The landlady prefers long-term tenants, and most people stay for 2–3 years, creating a stable and welcoming household.

If you're looking for a relaxed, respectful, and sociable home in a fantastic location, I'd love to hear from you!
