We’re looking for someone to join our new flat. There’s the possibility to move in from February, with the first 4 weeks rent-free, then £1000 per month + bills.

The building has a small gym, a workspace, and a top floor lounge with 360° views. The flat is right next to Langdon Park DLR station, just 6 minutes from Canary Wharf. I’ve lived in the area for the past five years, and it’s a great place to be, loads of shops, supermarkets, and a lovely setting for anyone who enjoys running, nice views, padel courts, etc. All of this is only 6 minutes away by DLR, in Canary Wharf.
It’s also very well connected: you can be in Bank quickly and easily access the Central line, or use the Jubilee line from Canary Wharf.

We’re very chilled girls who value creating a home rather than just sharing a flat. We both work 9–5 from the office. I’m an interior designer, and she’s a research consultant. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and not too much of a party animal.
