Have a room to rent in a three bedroom flat in the Royal Wharf development. It is a large double room which has built in wardrobe, and enough space for work/desk area. The flat's bathroom is only shared with one other housemate.

The flat has speed-internet, TV and is fully furnished. There is a lovely outside space, for summer alfresco dining etc. The flat has a dishwasher and washing machine. It's a very modern flat, and clean space that is well-kept. We usually have the cleaner in bi-weekly which is £25 per-person but this can be discussed with other house-mates.

Looking for someone to replace my room (pictured).

There is also an excellent private health club included in the rent with which offers you gym, swimming pool, steam and sauna.
