The house:
The property is a 3-bedroom home, with me living in one bedroom and the other two available to rent.

You'll have use of a fully equipped shared kitchen, shared bathroom and garden. There's also a large shared storage room inside the property, with space for things such as boxes, hoovers, ladders and other household items.

WiFi and all other bills are included, so there are no surprise monthly costs.

A little about me
I'm a friendly, approachable and clean live-in landlord with a pretty busy lifestyle. I work two jobs and train intensively, so I'm often out and about, and I regularly work night shifts.

When I'm not working or training, I enjoy going out dancing, particularly Bachata, listening to music, watching stand-up comedy on YouTube and the occasional TV series.

I'd describe myself as friendly but independent. I'm happy to have a chat and get to know the people I live with, but I'm also comfortable doing my own thing and appreciate the same from the people I live with.

I'm clean and will always clean up after myself, and I'd expect the same from anyone sharing the house. I'm hoping to create a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party house — but normal day-to-day living and having occasional guests are absolutely fine.

What I'm looking for
Everyone is welcome. I'm more interested in finding someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and easy to live with than anything else.

I'm preferably looking for someone planning to stay 6 months or longer, however, I'm willing to consider shorter stays too.

The kitchen is freely available to use, and everyone will have their own space. Because the bathroom and kitchen are shared, I'm also open to having a simple house group chat where we can let each other know about plans or times we're likely to be using the kitchen/bathroom — nothing formal, just an easy way to communicate.

Partners and guests are welcome occasionally, provided we're considerate of everyone in the house.

I'm a non-smoker, although I'm happy to share with a smoker provided smoking takes place outside in the garden and the house remains smoke-free.
