Hi,
I have a spare room available in my flat in Bridgtown.
It’s only small, enough room for a bed, a chest of draws, ideal for a student or someone who just wants somewhere to put their head down, price reflects this, it is literally, a spare room.

Included will be all utilities including broadband, and full use of the entire flat. The only exception will be, when I am in, I pick what’s on the TV 😂 but when I’m not, it’s all yours to use.

I’m a single 35 year old male, lived here for 10 years, it’s a comfortable simple little flat, but quiet and safe. The area is good and the neighbours are nice.

The kind of person I would look to move in, would be friendly, respectful of personal space, and willing to do their fair share. They don’t smoke (don’t mind vaping) and won’t be inviting anyone else over, with the exception of occasional family visitors. They will work or study, and not be there constantly. I’m out of the flat 50 hours a week working so they’ll get some time alone, I’d expect the same. Other details can be discussed.

Must be willing to sign a proper tenancy agreement through an agent. Will require references.
