It’s located on St Peter’s Grove quiet area but also heart of Canterbury city center, in between west and east train station, also 15min drive to seaside.

We are looking for another housemate, I am the female landlord , 34 y/o professional, easygoing and social. Apart from living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathroom to share , there is also a garden. Pets are welcome as long as you can make sure the house is clean and free from odour also noise (I am also a big animal lover)
