This static caravan will be available from 4th July 2020 providing the park is open then which I think it will be. It is a nice clean caravan with double bedroom en suite and a smaller bedroom with two beds. Fully furnished with all kitchen equipment and wide screen tv. Gas central heating. It is at Seaview Park Holidays in Swalecliffe, near Whitstable, Kent. It is £600 per month but I will require the full amount of £1,800 for the three months from July until the end of October. The park closes in February. I need it so I can pay the site fees. I pay the water rates, the council tax is included. You will have to pay electricity and gas. It has a decking balcony and is in a nice part of the park. Further lease of the van is negotiable after October.
