10mins walk to Dover Priory Station takes under an hour into London High Speed Train - Stratford International and St Pancres. About 15mins walk to Dover Sea front and the local shopping centre. 10mins to Folkstone, half an hour to Ashford or Canterbury and 1 hour to Margate from Dover Priory station. In the summer more lovely beaches around to go to. About 5mins from Dover Port for trips to France.

Connaught Park is about 5 or 10mins walk, it has wonderful green spaces and tennis courts.
Dover Castle and Kearsney Abbey are both very close by with festivals and activity weekends throughout the year.

This is quite a unique lodger opportunity and I’m keen to discuss options with people. Happy to consider shorter term stay; days, week days, weekends, weekly, monthly, therefore rent and deposit will vary accordingly, just enquire. For shorter term stays will consider ages 25 plus but will need to pay 2 stays (weeks or months) in advance and need to be working full time.

No Smoking or Vaping inside the property.
It would be lovely to have a dog or animal friendly individual who cleans up and tidies up after themselves. Who is sociable and also respects each others time alone or quiet time too.
