Hi everyone. I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a student friendly, shared flat - tax band C. The flat is one floor with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen area. I need help with paying the utility bills i. e, electric, council tax and water. Only £400 a month - all bills included. In an excellent location, close to Canterbury City Centre. The bedroom is a single only and the room is small.

I am a friendly, kind person, who teaches 5 days a week, for my sins! However, I must confess, I am not the tidiest individual, so any super clean and tidy individual may be a bit put off.
Due to its size, this flat would suit students (especially international) or professionals but unfortunately, no couples or pets.
