I have two rooms available for rent. One is a basement room that was previously rented as a bedroom but most recently has been an office/extra lounge with a sofa bed. The other is a first floor bedroom. I am happy to rent out either room for £500 or I am up for renting both rooms to one person for £575. We can discuss furnishings, as the first floor room will be unfurnished when the person currently in it moves out.

There are two bathrooms for use and a decent sized kitchen with a small courtyard garden. The garden is perfect for bbq's. and gets the sun from 11am - 6pm from May to September.
The main lounge/dining area is open plan.

Wifi reaches all parts of the house.

A bit more info:
I have a dog called Tilba, she is 14 years old and a total cutie apart from she does not get on with cats or other dogs - hence the no pet rule.
Sometimes my daughter will come stay when she is on a break from working in London. She has the attic room. She is 21. This doesn't happen very often.

Info about me:
I work full time in events. From community events for the GLA in Trafalgar Square to festivals like Boomtown. I work from home unless I am away on site. I can be away from home for a few weeks at a time.
If you are up for keeping Tilba company and maybe watering the plants occasionally, that would be great.
I smoke but not in the house. I enjoy beach days, going to pubs with friends, Sunday roasts, chilled house vibes and the occasional (very occasional) house party. I am an LGBTQI+ ally and would expect any housemates to be the same.
I am also not veggie/vegan.

What I am looking for:
Another person that works full time - I don't mind if you work from home. Someone that is chilled but sociable. If you vote Reform/Restore/Tory, it's probably best not to apply as we won't be on the same page.......
could be open to a single parent with a child in the right circumstances.
