Quiet, large room with superking sized bed and ensuite bathroom in nicely furnished house close to Kent uni and countryside.

The house is in a quiet street in a house of lovely professionals of mixed nationalities, most of whom have lived here for several years. There is a cleaner who comes once a week to clean all communal areas, which is included in the rent cost which is ALL bills included. Internet is good and there are also the usual Netflix/Prime on the television.

House is spacious and recently refurbished and housemates are a lovely bunch. It's not a party house but we all get on well. The University of Kent is very close by and the house is right by the university woodland and the beautiful Chaucer Fields.

The house is large and definitely viewing is recommended to get the full impression.
