Meticulously designed and renovated throughout, the house offers fully finished bedrooms with a bespoke double bed and spring & memory foam mattress, a desk with a chair, plenty of storage space and its own flatscreen smart television, complimentary fibre broadband and Netflix subscription. In the era of "work from home" technology is critical, that's why it is equipped with a specialist grade wi-fi system and each room has a 24 hour helpline.

The house was designed with the end user in mind and features:
· Four toilets in total and Three designer bathrooms.
· Two of the bedrooms have their own open plan en-suite. One room is bigger than the other, which is reflected in the price.
· Three other bedrooms will share one main bathroom and one separate toilet on the lower ground floor.

The space boasts a designer kitchen, open plan spacious dining room and luxurious living area with smart TV, and sofa. Including all brand new white goods, induction hob, oven and some bespoke storage facility.

The way an interior looks is as important as its function, and those in Scandinavia have this down to a fine art.

Conveniently located right at the heart of Ramsgate, offering excellent transport links - just one minute walk to a bus stop, 20 minutes walk to a train station with a speedy train to London in just 1h 20m. It's only a couple of minutes away from the Royal Ramsgate Marina, right next door to the most exclusive and luxurious Vale Square, few minutes from Waitrose and the notorious Addington Street. Just next door to all the wonderful cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops.
