The room is perfect for a single lodging.

A bit about me; I am a live-in landlord, though I spend a couple of days a week in London for work.

The place is more of a lodging as I am living in the property as well. Perfect for people who work long hours.

My only requirements are cleanliness, always leaving the shared space as it was found and honest, open conversation regarding any house queries.

My time in Margate and the house is spent writing and relaxing, the idea of the property was to be my time away from work so the energy is a calm one.
