Hi there. I have a completely redecorated bedroom for rent. It has a window and is fully furnished. Use of the rest of the house including kitchen etc.
All bills included within the monthly rent.
It is a mid 1930s three bedroom semi-detatched. It is not the biggest of houses but is big enough.
The room is a modest size and fits a double bed and there is a built in wardroom and TV.
There is no ensuite bathroom but a shared bathroom which I keep very clean.
I live there on my own and have not pets. As I have a spare room It just makes sense to make use of it. You would be sharing a house with me. I am easy going and do not expect whoever takes the room to live in their room all the time. I don't sit and watch TV downstairs much either. I tend to work from home also as I work in the insurance sector.
