Hi. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 15th of February. The house is rented by young professionals, very friendly, and the house is also tidy. Some bills are included, only electricity and gas are split in between tenants. The room is huge. It's furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a big closet. By tomorrow, the room will have a brand new mattress. The garden in the back is huge, you will have plenty of space in the summer. The reason I move out is that I move in with my family.
