Large, bright furnished double room available in my lovely three-bedroom period home by the seaside. Available from 1st September.

I’m a live-in homeowner looking for a friendly, considerate lodger who’d like a lovely place to stay.

The room is the largest bedroom in the house, with plenty of space and natural light. You’ll also have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, living and dining areas and garden.

The house is spacious, colourful and full of character, with a relaxed and welcoming feel. I’d like whoever stays here to feel genuinely comfortable and at home!

The house itself is a five minute walk from the beach, Deal High Street and lovely local shops and cafés.

£725 pcm - bills and Wi-Fi included.

I’m ideally looking for someone who needs a short-term stay of one month or more, with some flexibility around length of stay - perhaps you’re working in the area temporarily, relocating, seeking a creative retreat, between house moves or simply need a comfortable base for a while.

Dog lovers very welcome! I don’t have a dog of my own, but I regularly dog sit, so there’s often a four-legged guest around the house.
