Hi! I'm Varshika, I'm 24 and in my final year of medical school. I'm looking for a flatmate in a 2 bed/1 bath furnished flat on a quiet street in Maindy/edge of Cathays area.

The flat itself is very spacious, has parking included, an outdoor space with clothesline and is in a building with mostly young professionals. I'm very open to both students and young professionals. The rent is £600 a month, excluding bills, and the postcode is in council tax band D (with a 25% annual discount).

I'm very tidy, chatty and really love trying and doing new things. I'm not the biggest homebody but still really value my home and space so I'm looking for someone respectful and also fairly organised/clean.

Due to placements for uni, I will be away from Cardiff for months at a time during the year, during which time you will have the flat mostly to yourself.
