I’m looking for a female lodger to share my home in Llanederyn. It’s in a quiet residential area, an easy bus ride away from the city centre. I’m offering a large and airy double room: it is fully furnished with a small double sized bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The shared facilities include a main bathroom with bath and shower, downstairs toilet, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a paved garden. There is a designated on street parking space, which I will make available if required. The kitchen, is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
Strictly no smoking or vaping.
I’m the only other housemate, a 20 year old female student at Cardiff University. I like my own space and respect others’ space. I don’t have pets, but I might consider a cat, small house trained dog or rabbit. I have no allergies. I’m a meat eater, but you will have your designated shelves in the fridge and freezer.
The house is a 10 minute drive away from the city centre and an easy access to the M4. There’s a bus stop located a 2 minute walk away for the 57/58 bus towards the city centre. It’s a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the 103 bus to The Heath and UHW.
Rent includes electricity, gas, water, TV license, council tax and broadband
