Hi all,
I signed a contract with Zenith for the 2025/26 academic year, however due to personal circumstances, I'm unable to stay in Cardiff.
This is a student accommodation, and you must be a full-time student to live there.
I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy since I don't meet their cancellation policy. The tenancy runs from September 2025 to July 2026 (44 weeks), so for the whole academic year. The length of stay cannot be shortened or made longer.

You would be paying 4 instalments on the following dates (the first payment is non-negotiable as Zenith has stated that you can't move in until the first one is paid, however when I emailed them they said there is room to make changes depending on circumstances (i. e. changing the remaining payments to whenever your maintenance loan comes in).
