Hi there,

My name is Sarah - I am a live in Landlord in Roath. The property is a few doors down from Daves Gym on Cottrell Road, and is therefore close to the bars and restaurants on Wellfield Road and Roath Park.

The house has recently been renovated so is fairly modern internally. My current housemate is sadly moving to Oz in the middle of October so I'm now looking for someone new to join me.

The property comprises 3 double bedrooms, separate dining room and living rooms and a downstairs bathroom. I only want to live with one other person so I am just looking for 1 housemate with the other spare room jointly shared for when our friends stay over / use as a study / or general shared storage.

A bit about me - I'm 30; I work as a property surveyor in Bristol so work long hours in the week - I'm away more weekends than I am around Cardiff so overall I don't spend loads of time at the house. I'm not OCD - I'm not super messy - ideally I would live with someone similar. I'm quite sociable so ideally would live with someone similar but likewise happy if someone would rather keep themselves to themselves.
