We have a double room in our home available for renting from …

Our house is shared by myself (F 31y) my husband (M 30y) and our Cockapoo dog (M 3y). We are non smokers, and enjoy cooking, dog walks, formula 1, and the odd creative project. We have free on and off road parking, and the Cardiff East park and ride is less than 10 minutes away, we’re very close to the A48 and M4 but public transport links are not great from Marshfield.

We have all the normal amenities including wifi, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher etc. All bills including a weekly cleaner are included in the price. The room is furnished with a kingsize bed, bedside tables and large wardrobe.

Shared spaces: The main bathroom is shared in terms of the bath/shower but there are two other toilets and another shower in the house so this is mostly your own space. We have two lounges with TVs, a separate dining room and a garden with a patio so there’s plenty of space for relaxing. There are cupboards and shelves in the kitchen and bathroom for your things so you can feel at home.
