I'm a working professional currently looking for tenants to take over my lease for my two bedroom flat. It's fully furnished, with water included within the bills. The flat comes furnished with storage, beds, shelves, dining tables and chairs, coffee table and more. Since I'm moving out of the country I'm happy to leave behind appliances like microwave and kettle in the flat as well for the future tenants.
