A flat with open kitchen/living area leading on to a balcony with stunning views of Cardiff Bay. It is a nice quiet area and is easy to get to Central Cardiff. Rent includes water bills, and with other bills it comes to about £570 a month.

The bedroom has a double bed as well as views over the bay. There is a seperate main bathroom with bath, and the only other bedroom (which is already occupied) is ensuite.

There is free access to the onsite gym and pool / spa (hot tub, spa and steam room) facilities.

The kitchen has a built in washer/dryer and the complex has locked storage for a bike and plenty of parking for visitors. There is a parking space included with the flat and plenty of on street parking nearby.

The complex is a couple of minutes walk away from Morrisons and Asda so easy access to shops and has a large communal garden area.

My current flatmate is moving to London, and I'm looking for another young professional who can easily slot in, ideally someone who doesn't smoke and is happy to help keep the communal area clean.

I'm a 26 year old queer writer who also works part time for an environmental charity. I love crafting, reading, and being in nature. Would like a housemate with similar interests where we could hang out occasionally but also respect each other's space. I have anxiety so ideally want someone who is understanding of mental health.
