A lovely large double room for rent in a quiet, cosy shared house.
Free on site parking on the street. On the doorstep are beautiful countryside walks and views of the surrounding valley.
Large kitchen with all amenities (including dishwasher), a south-facing conservatory, one bathroom with high pressure shower and a large 3-level garden with hammocks, decking area, seating areas and a stream/natural plunge pool at the bottom where you can take a dip if you dare!
The house will be shared with my lovely lodger, Adam, who works as a translator and me (and my cute dog) - I work for a charity full time. It’s a peaceful, harmonious environment and would suit someone who likes their own space and the occasional chat with friendly housemates.
It’s a 35 minute drive to Cardiff and 10 minutes to Pontypridd town centre. There is a bus into Pontypridd which takes about 30 minutes. From there, there are trains and buses to Cardiff/surrounding areas.
