About the flat
Large 2 bed flat located a 15 minutes walk from Cardiff Central and the city centre. The double bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe and you’ll have your own bathroom. The kitchen and living room are spacious, with a washer-dryer, dishwasher and a lot of cupboard space. The living room has a TV, sofa and dining table with plenty of room to chill out or have friends over.

Rent is around 500 a month and bills usually come out to be about 200 a month (currently £117 council tax, £50 energy bill, £24 water and £7 internet each). There is a parking space available but we’d need to contact the building management to arrange getting a permit.

Available from the start of June. Council Band E.

About me
I’m a queer trans woman who’s already lived here for a year. I’m social and like both having friends over and going out to events fairly regularly. I’m currently working full time averaging about 2 days a week working from home.

About you?
Preferably looking to live with another woman or nonbinary person. I want to keep the flat a comfortable queer space so anyone visiting would need to be able to respect that.
