Room available in a two-bedroom house in Ely with live-in landlady and two very friendly French Bulldogs. Located on a quiet street right by bus stops with easy access into Cardiff. Lovely neighbours who will happily take parcels in!
The furnished room includes a single day bed that pulls out into a double (with mattress topper), plus large built-in storage drawers.

Bedding can be supplied. Furniture can also be removed if you’d prefer to bring your own. TV can be provided if required.

The house is a calm, well-equipped home and includes:

All bills included (subject to fair usage) – including toilet roll & dishwasher tablets
Dishwasher & tumble dryer
Gas range cooker
Well-equipped kitchen with Ninja Creami and Sage barista coffee machine with grind-to-order grinder
Living room with open fire, TV, Netflix & Prime
Desk space available for occasional WFH
Large garden with decking, BBQ & greenhouse (used for food growing – you’re welcome to use some space)
Private driveway parking
I work shifts (including weekends), so I’m sometimes home during weekdays doing house/garden bits or out with the dogs — this may not suit someone working from home full-time, but is fine for occasional WFH.

You’ll need to be comfortable living with dogs. Ideally, it would suit someone who may be willing to look after them occasionally if I travel (friends currently house-sit), but this is not required.

Pets may be considered if they get along with mine.

The room is currently being refreshed with new carpet and curtains. Skirting boards to be painted this week.
