Hi!
I am looking for somebody to take over my space in a student tenancy on City Road in Cardiff.
The rent for the property is £475 a month and there is a bills package active in the property which merges all the bills (bar council tax which will be invalid as this is a student property) into a set cost of £131 a month for the whole year.
To become a tenant you are required to pay a £475 desposit - aswell as have a uk homeowner guarantor and prove either employment or student status.
You will be living with 2 girls going into their third year of study at Cardiff Metrepolitan university!
The property has easy access to many bus routes that take you to and from university easily - aswell as direct to Cardiff central station and the city centre and the nearby streets are full of shopping experiences.
