Very easy going and non-intrusive live in landlord. LGBT friendly. Have had a number of successful lodger arrangements lasting between a couple of months to 3 years! Cat as existing pet, no additional pets. Cat is very friendly, and likes a cuddle, however he is not allowed in bedrooms and so bedroom doors are kept closed at all times (no negotiation on that one!!)
