Double room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff, preferably for a single male lodger.

My name is David and I own the house.

I will be away in London most of the autumn and winter and back to Cardiff for some weekends/the occasional week here and there.
I will be sleeping in my loft bedroom when I'm back in Cardiff and there will also be another lodger in the single bedroom (21, French Erasmus student)

I have attached pictures of the house.

I am an occasional naturist (nudist) so any potential lodger will need to be completely comfortable with occasional nudity, but as I said, I probably won't be in Cardiff very much at all.

The price £595 and includes all bills and excellent wifi.

Couples considered but the cost will be higher.

No smoking or pets.
