I have a single room to let in a recently built three-bedroomed house in Llanederyn, Cardiff. The house is a short bus ride into the city centre and close to the university, with easy access to A48/M4. Local shops and community facilities ( pub / health centre / library) are within very short walking distance.
The house will be shared with a 37 year old male professional and myself - I'm a 46 year old male professional, working in supported housing. I've lived in Cardiff for about 20 years and enjoy sharing my knowledge of the city with any newcomers.
