Looking to offer my 2nd bedroom to someone. I enjoy weekends to be my own so preferably looking for someone who wants it during the week Monday to Friday or Sunday eve to Friday morning. But you can keep your things in the room over the weekend and it won't be used by anyone else (I have a third bedroom for other guests). Asking £75 per week, negotiable if staying less than 5 nights a week. Would suit someone working or studying in Cardiff/ Pontypridd/ Llantrisant. The room is a fair size, currently with a single bed in it that can adapt to a double if necessary. It has a lovely view over allotments and is furnished with a bed, bedside table, lamp, mirror and built in wardrobe and chest of drawers if needed. Good rail and bus links to Cardiff and Pontypridd and an easy drive to the a470, about 30min commute into Cardiff by train. It's a nice quiet area and plenty of parking. I'm a 31 year old professional female who likes a quiet life but always seems to be busy with work or hobbies. I'm rarely home before 8.30pm in the week. I have a pet African hedgehog living with me called Winston. I take pride in my house and am tidy (most of the time), but not OCD about this. Definitely not into parties but happy to share a meal and some company of an evening. The room is available from mid May. No deposit but would need 2 weeks up front. Females preferred but male considered!
