The house is a new-build property, so the home is newly decorated. There is one bathroom, one shower room, three toilets, a cosy living room, a modern medium sized kitchen which is fully equipped and a garden. There is street parking available.

Own toilet available.

All bills, including wifi are included in the rent (£500)

Meals provided on some nights :)

The house is a 10-15 minute walk to Barry Island train station and a 5 minute drive to Barry main train station. The home is also within a walking distance to an ASDA, gym, GP and other shops nearby, as well as a lovely beach.

This is a family home, so we would ask you to treat the house respectfully and keep things clean and tidy. Also looking for a vegetarian. Other than that we are friendly people :)
