Hi everyone,
I have a south facing double bedroom with a separate private bathroom available to rent in my home in St Mellons, Cardiff.
It's a quiet neighbourhood right next to a garden centre. If you have a car there's a drive which we can share, if not there are regular buses into the city centre.
The house comes with a resident dog (Iris), a garden and a garage if you need any extra storage for a bike or anything else.
The room is furnished with a king-size bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, a large mirror and a wall-mounted 32" TV. If you require furniture let me know and I'll help meet your requirements.
All utilities are included in the rent (internet, gas, electric, water and council tax). Rent is in the region of £595pm.
You will have access to the common areas of the home, the kitchen and the living room and all the utensils.
About myself, I'm half Welsh and Filipino, grew up in Hong Kong before moving to Cardiff. I work in construction as a quantity surveyor. I spend most of my time with the dog either walking or visiting the other half in Bristol. I spend most of my money on brunch and I love a good coffee. I enjoy cooking taking trips along the coast and travelling abroad, I play football every week and I'm trying to get back into yoga again.
I'm looking for a male or female who's easy-going, with a good sense of humour, who is reasonably tidy and who likes cooking, plants, the outdoors, and dogs 😊.
If this sounds like it might suit you, feel free to contact me on here or via WhatsApp.
Kind Regards,
Gareth
