Looking for someone to take on the spare room in my 2-bed house in CF24

The room is a double. Part furnished. Photos of the bedroom are from the original house listing but has had a complete refurb since.

The kitchen and garden are huge. There’s a massive garage/shed for storage running the length of the house. There’s ample on-street parking too if you drive and easy links into town if you don’t.

Ideal housemate would be someone who is quiet but likes to go out. Someone who enjoys eating as much as I do cooking. And someone who is inherently tidy. I work from home so there most of the day. Evenings I’m either at the gym, cooking, on the PS5 or out with friends. Spend some time in London each month so there also opportunity to regularly have the place to yourself if that appeals to you.

If you have pets that’s cool… animals are awesome. As long as they get on with my cat I’m happy. In saying that: I have a cat, so anyone with allergies or dislikes may not be suitable.

Looking to get the room rented as early as 1 May but happy to negotiate.
