Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from July 2024-July 2025. It’s a shared house between a group of 6 girls. There are 2 kitchen/lounge spaces. The rooms are all double bedrooms. It’s £565 a month bills included. The girls are a mixture of Cardiff met and Cardiff uni students they are a lovely group of girls, enjoy a night out but, also enjoy staying in together. Very sociable and friendly. Most of the girls are in their 3rd and 1 doing a masters. Message me for more details.
