My name is Amey. I’m 30, single, with no pets or kids. I don’t drink or smoke. I work full time and sometimes work from home with every other weekend off. I love theatre, reading, writing and cozy video games. I’m bubbly and down to chat but can also chill in my room if you want space.

I am after a fellow working woman to share my fully furnished apartment with in Cardiff bay, you would pay £675 (however the Landlord is looking to get someone in as soon as possible so maybe be willing to negotiate) water bills and council tax are included within rent. Electric bills (based off former housemate but can change.) and internet would be £107 a month. Property comes with a car parking space that would be yours because I don’t drive. Also gym, pool and water view. I have an ensuite bathroom so the main bathroom would be yours too.
