Luxury home. I live alone with my little dog Alys. I'm semi-retired and recently moved to the Thornhill part of Cardiff. The area is very quiet but has great access to the bus service, with buses every 15 mins to Cardiff centre and a short walk to Lisvane/Thornhill train station that gives you access to Cardiff or Caerphilly and beyond. I offer an area to park your car and the house is very comfortable, with great superfast wifi and access to netflick. you would have access to the full house with washing and drying, together with control heating and underfloor heating. I'm very easy to get on with as long as you would love my little dog as I do. If you would like an evening meal I am happy to provide that as I'm a great cook (at an extra cost). This offer is for a stay of 7 nights a week, If you are looking for to stay less nights I am happy to look at costing that as well at an appropriate £55 per night with a min of 3 nights a week.
I am a clean and semi-tidy person who is a bit of a home bird and is easygoing. The house also has room for private drive parking. My house is 10 mins from Caerphilly town and about 15 mins from Cardiff center (driving). I am 5 mins from Sainsbury's & a post office and lots of green areas for walks. Also I have a nice garden. Your room has a double bed and your own private bathroom and your bedroom has its own tv. If you are only going to stay Monday to Friday the room will be unused over the week end remain for your sole occupancy. Can give you a price for 3, 4 5 or 6 nights a week if required.
