Hello! I have a double room to rent in Century Wharf in Cardiff Bay!

This room includes a fitted wardrobe, bed, desk.
The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of storage and a cosy living space.
The bathroom is mainly the occupancy of the tenant (I have an en suite bathroom), however I occasionally use the bath!

Bills included are service charge, council tax, water, broadband and is excluding electricity, which ranges from £30 - £70 per person per month.

Century Wharf contains an on site gym, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi which you are able to use.

A bit about me: I am a 27 year old professional. I am an active person, often spending my spare time running, cycling, swimming and travelling. I also enjoy pub trips in Cardiff and game!

This room is available as my current housemate is moving in with his partner!
