I am looking for someone to share my Victorian semi-detached house.

We will have shared access of the lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility and two bathrooms. The lounge is equipped with a 55" smart TV (Netflix included) with Sonos and a comfy sofa for your relaxation with views of the sea from the bay-fronted windows.

You are welcome to use the large common kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms with two showers available and separate bath. The extensive kitchen has an American style fridge-freezer and the dining room seats six.

Your recently redecorated, bright and spacious bedroom comes fully-furnished with desk, wardrobe, bedside tables and double storage bed (however these can be removed if you would prefer to furnish yourself.)

Bills are included in rent (electricity, gas, water, council tax, Netflix and broadband internet).

Professionals preferred. 4 minute walk to Barry Dock station which provides access to Cardiff City centre within 15 minutes. 11 minute drive to Cardiff International Airport. Multiple supermarkets within a few minutes from the house.

On street parking available.

Deposit is one month's rent. 6 months minimum tenancy.
