The house
The house is a lovely, fully furnished, modern three bed semi with a rear garden (that's a great spot for a morning coffee in the sunshine), and a parking space for your use on the drive.

The room is on the first floor with views out over fields. It's spacious and bright getting gorgeous morning sunlight and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and large pine desk and drawers. The house has a shared bathroom, lounge, and kitchen, and a downstairs toilet.

Location
Ogmore by Sea is a gorgeous seaside village a short drive (or bus journey) from Bridgend with its shops, cinema, supermarkets and the mainline train station with fast direct services to Cardiff, Swansea and London Paddington.

The house is in a modern development overlooking the sea. It's a 5 minute walk to a lovely cafe and community hall with stunning views of the beach, and a further five minutes walk until your toes are on the sand.

The community hall hosts regular classes including yoga, pilates, table tennis and jiu jitsu.

There's also a craft beer pub and a barbers five minutes walk away.

It's a great place to be for hiking on the coast path, walks on the beach, swimming and surfing.

I'm a 43 year old man, liberal politically, who is friendly, tidy and sociable. I'm into the outdoors, live music, sauna, yoga and anything a bit adventurous.

I have a busy life so am often out and about (you'll have the house to yourself a fair bit), but would be happy to have a catch up over a cuppa/something stronger when we are both in the house.
