Cosy, small, fully furnished, ensuite studio room in an 8-room shared house. The room has a pantry space, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Cooking needs to be done in the common kitchen downstairs along with laundry and dishes.
The house is a 2 min walk from a bus stop and a 4-10 min walk from a variety of superstores, costa, fast food joints and gym. It
is 15 minutes by bus to Cardiff University. The proximity to the city centre is 25 min by walk and 10 min by bus. The house sits on Newport Road which is always busy and convenient. Preferably looking for a young female who is clean and tidy.

I'm going on vacation for two months and am looking for someone to sublet my room. The rent can be negotiated.
